Every six months the boiler throws the same code, the Wi-Fi drops at the same hour, the dishwasher leaves the same film on the glasses. RecallCore is where the answer lives now — so you never rebuild it from scratch again.
This is a small preview of the same lookup RecallCore does on your device — type a few words about a household problem, or tap a preset.
Not a note-taking app. Not a smart-home dashboard. A quiet, private ledger of every problem you've already solved — built so the second time takes ten seconds, not an hour of forum threads.
Log what broke and what actually fixed it, in your own words — like explaining it to a friend, not writing a manual.
Keep the three things that didn't work right next to the one that did, so future-you skips straight to the answer.
Months later, when it happens again, ask instead of googling. Get your answer, already trusted, already tested.
No account, no sync, no cloud. Every entry lives on your device and nowhere else.
Boilers, routers, appliances, quirks of a specific house — the things generic manuals were never written for.
Small on day one, by design. A year in, it's the most useful thing on your phone — a search engine that only knows your life.
We're a small team that got tired of solving the same household problem twice. Not because we forgot it was hard — because we forgot the answer entirely, six months after we'd already earned it the hard way.
Our mission is simple: make sure no fix you've already found ever has to be found again. Write it down once, in plain language, and let it wait quietly until the day you need it.
RecallCore gives you a private archive built around your actual home — your boiler, your router, your machines — with the dead ends already crossed off, ready the moment the same problem shows up again.
Your home. Your machines. Your answers. Nothing leaves your device.
RecallCore is a personal, offline archive of the problems you've solved and how you solved them. It was built on one rule: what you write stays where you wrote it. This policy explains exactly what that means.
We collect none. RecallCore does not ask for your name, email, location, device identifiers, or usage patterns. There is no sign-up, no login, and no hidden telemetry running in the background. The notes you write about your boiler, your router, or your dishwasher never leave the text field they were typed into.
Because none is collected, none is used. We do not analyze your entries, build a profile from them, generate recommendations from them, or sell them to anyone. There is nothing on our end to use — your notes are not visible to us at any point.
Every note, fix, and dead end you record is stored exclusively in local storage on your own device. There is no cloud backend, no remote database, and no server that RecallCore talks to. Uninstalling the app removes the data with it — there is no remote copy waiting behind it.
RecallCore does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporters, or tracking SDKs of any kind. No data is shared with third parties for the simple reason that no data is transmitted anywhere.
Because your entries never travel over a network, they are not exposed to network interception, server breaches, or third-party data leaks. Security for your archive is the same as the security of your device itself — we recommend keeping your phone's own lock screen and OS updates in place.
RecallCore does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. As no data collection mechanism exists in the app, there is no information to gather from any user, regardless of age.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request or delete, because none exist outside your device. You have full control at all times — edit or delete any entry directly in the app, or remove everything at once by uninstalling RecallCore.
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be published within the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of RecallCore after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@recallcoreapp.com. We're glad to explain any part of it in plain language.
